3. Screenshot of successful payment transaction should be uploaded.

4. Registration will be initiated and Registration ID along with file submission details will be sent to registered Email ID.

Content Guidelines

1. Films can be in Tamil or English languages.

2. Duration 5minutes – 10 minutes.

3. Minimum resolution of Video 720p (1280x720) and the film must be of highest quality possible.

4. Recommended aspect ratio is 16:9.

5. The short film must be original and no watermark of any kind should be on the film.

6. Plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.

7. Any non-original content, including music, must have proper permission and credits.

8. Participants are expected to adhere to ethical standards and respect the rights of others in the process of making films.

9. Due credits must be given to the cast and crew in the film though the final prize would go to the film representative.

10. Films should not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or explicit content.

11. Adult content of any kind will not be entertained and would lead to direct disqualification.

12. Duplicate submissions of the film will not beentertained.

13. Film once entered cannot be withdrawn.

Short films received after Nov 15, 2023 11:59 PM will not be considered for the competition.

Final Competition - Link Submission

1. Films must be uploaded to in your YouTube Channel as Unlisted Video.

2. Mention the Registration ID in the description of YouTube video.

3. Credits (Cast & Crew) should be included in the video runtime.

4. File Submission details will be sent to the registered Email ID after payment confirmation.

5. Enter the Registration ID and registered Mobile Number correctly to avoid Disqualification.

6. Upload the link for video file in the form to compete in the event.

Screening

Best films will be shortlisted after Nov 23, 2023 and will be screened on December 02, 2023.

Legal Compliance

1. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their films comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. The competition organizers will not be held liable for any legal issues arising from the submission or screening of the films.

Judging Criteria

Films will be judged entirely on the concept, clarity, technical aspects, creativity, storytelling, and adherence to the theme.

Awards

1. Winners will be awarded with shields and certificates based on the decision of the judges.

2. Participation certificates will be awarded to all the participants.
