Preliminary level - File Submission
1. Image file should be in the format of .jpeg or .png or .tiff or .raw.
2. Participants can use any medium for artwork like paints, pencil, sketch, watercolor, pastels etc. except digital arts.
3. Artworks should align with the chosen theme.
4. The artwork must be original and created by the participant
5. Any form of plagiarism or copying from other sources will lead to disqualification
6. Artwork should not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or explicit content.
7. Rename the image file as Registration ID.
8. File Submission details will be sent to the registered Email ID after payment confirmation.
9. Enter the Registration ID and registered Mobile Number correctly to avoid Disqualification.
10. Upload the image file in the form to compete in the event.
11. Results of participants selected to the next level, will be published in this website on 23.11.2023.
Secondary level
Secondary Level of competition will be held onstage for all the shortlisted candidates on December 2, 2023 at Madurai.
1. Competition Duration : 1 Hr
2. Only one A4 drawing sheet will be provided for each participant.
3. Participants can use any medium for artwork like paints, pencil, sketch, watercolor, pastels etc. except digital arts.
4. The artwork must be original and created by the participant.
5. Artworks should align with the chosen theme.
6. Participants should bring their own required materials (i.e., pads, colors, pencils etc.)
7. Use of drawing templates and Pre-printed sheets is restricted.
8.Artworks may include people, animals, objects, places etc.
9. Any form of plagiarism or copying from other sources will lead to disqualification
10. Artwork should not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or explicit content.
Judging Criteria
1. Winners will be awarded with shields and certificates based on the decision of the judges.
2. Participation certificates will be awarded to all the participants.
